Announcement: Release of Bolt 0.20.0

Hello Everyone!

Today we’re happy to announce the release of Bolt 0.20.0.  This release includes a number of new features.

• Breaking change: Bolt packages have been renamed
  
• puppetdb_query added to plan language
  
• Option to suppress default logging notices in plans
  
• Connection to PuppetDB
