Public Jenkins inaccessible for a while

Apologies for the lack of notice, but we're doing some infrastructure refactoring internally here at Puppet Labs for a bunch of reasons and due to some transitive dependencies we've had to remove public access to the following public Jenkins boxes in the medium term.

jenkins.puppetlabs.com

jenkins-modules.puppetlabs.com

We very much know that it's critical for open source communities like this one to have public access to job status and build logs, it's just likely to be a few weeks until we can restore it.

If this is an immense stress, please let me know and we may be able to accelerate that timeline.
