Bolt 3.23.0 is now available

VERSION 3.23.0 in this release ✨  new features Bolt can now connect to multiple PuppetDB instances. You can also specify a named PuppetDB instance to connect to whenever Bolt connects to PuppetDB. For more information on using this feature, see the documentation. Bolt now ships packages for RedHat 9, macOS 12 (Monterey), and SLES 15.
