As a Windows-oriented Puppet user, I want Facter to correctly report the os, operatingsystemmajrelease and operatingsystemrelease fact for a Windows 2022 node.

On both Facter 3.x and 4.x, the os, operatingsystemmajrelease and operatingsystemrelease facts incorrectly report version 2019 for a node running Windows 2022. This prevents our customers from accurately targeting code to nodes.

Tested this and got the following output:

This confirms the behaviour described in the ticket.

Workaround suggestion:

Until Windows 2022 is fully supported, to classify nodes via partial match in os.windows.product_name (which seems to be showing correct information).

Release Notes Summary: This fix allows the `os.release.full` and `os.release.major` to correctly detect Windows 2022 and output `2022` instead of `2019` as before.
