Audit and tag untagged puppet acceptance tests

Nine acceptance tests have been discovered not to have audit tags applied to them. These tests need to be reviewed and tagged accordingly to ensure that they are executed when they are filtered by a matching tag.

PR 7926 opened to add tags as necessary. Only 5 of the found files above are actual tests. The others are supporting fixtures and therefore do not require test tags.
