In cFacter we need to specify --custom-dir multiple times if we want multiple directories

e.g.

cfacter --custom-dir /Users/bogdan.irimie/projects/custom-facts --custom-dir /Users/bogdan.irimie/projects/custom-facts2

Our current implementation overrides custom --custom-dir, if it is specified multiple times, with the last value.
