Puppet / PUP-11754 Ensure empty metadata files are treated as though they don't exist Change By: Aria Li Currently, Puppet::Util::Json.load rejects empty string as a JSON file.  However, an empty string is a valid JSON so Puppet::Util::Json.load should accept an empty string, check for an empty string, and return nil if an empty string is passed in. Rspec tests may need to be updated or added. Add Comment
