Re: certificate verify failed :self certificate in certificate chain for /CN=Puppet Root zsy, the issue is reported for an unsupported puppet-agent version (3.6.2). Please update to an supported version: https://puppet.com/docs/puppet/7/platform_lifecycle.html#about_agent
