Add in the documentation examples of using the to_string function with the format parameter.
The examples should cover the usage on numeric and timestamp fields.

Example:
["extract" [["function" "to_string" "value" "FM9999"]]]

and

["extract" [["function" "to_string" "producer_timestamp" "month"]]]
