- modify aix7.1 platformto use aix6.1 vmpooler machines and aix packages to build aix7.1 runtime **
puppet-agent:
- use boost from puppet-runtime instead pl-boost
- use static boost on windows and shared in most of other places (as paths are different on puppet5/windows and we could risk issues like: ~~PA-1850~~)
- merge-down cleanup component to remove header files from puppet-agent package
- modify aix7.1 platform to use aix6.1 vmpooler machines and aix packages to build aix7.1 agent **
