If Puppet[:profile] is true, then include the X-Puppet-Profiling header in all requests made by the http client. By default the header should be omitted.

If {{Puppet[:profile]}} is true, then {{Puppet::HTTP::Client}} should include the {{X-Puppet-Profiling}} header in all requests made by the http client it makes . By default the header should be omitted.

This header is used so that puppetserver can log profiling data for that agent run. See https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/blob/master/docs/profiling.md
