Re: Update puppet component pipeline to run with git-based testing Need to investigate impact on agent components other than puppet (job templates are shared). Need access to artifactory (et al) to get agent runtime package dependencies. Also need job to test final packages before PE promotion.

Now that pcp agent has been moved to its own pipeline and facter is in ruby again, packaging is relative quick, eg 5-10 mins. Going to close this out for now.
