As part of https://tickets.puppetlabs.com/browse/PUP-10672, `server_used` was added to report with the same behavior as `master_used`

It does not seems to be any usage in our products for `master_used`: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/pull/8382#issuecomment-707287802
