Currently the command name is used in the Stockpile metadata string. There's nothing technical wrong with this, but it's long and it's less user friendly as there's spaces. Now we have "replace catalog" in the middle of a stockpile command name, instead we should just output "rc" or "cat" or something similar

This may also affect the DLO since it follows the queue metadata encoding.
