When you run Strings on a Ruby function that includes correctly formatted tags and text, the text is not included in the HTML, even though it is present in the JSON output.
Some of the other reported issues with functions don't seem to be Strings issues:
text is included in the json if the tags are correctly formatted
text is included in generated docs
examples are not included in generated docs, but this seems to be a problem with docs' ERB
