Puppet Enterprise 2023.8.3 and 2025.3 have been released!

We are excited to announce that Puppet Enterprise (PE) 2023.8.3 and 2025.3 (PE and PE Advanced) are here, featuring powerful new enhancements and updates! 

We’ve added new platform support, as well as made various improvements to the new Advanced Patching and Vulnerability Remediation features found exclusively in PE Advanced. Additionally, this release includes usability enhancements, security improvements and other important fixes. 

 

Benefits of upgrading to PE Advanced 2025.3: 

• A variety of usability improvements and bug fixes have been made to Advanced Patching and Vulnerability Remediation 

Benefits of upgrading to PE 2025.3 and 2023.8.3: 

• Primary platform support for Amazon Linux 2023 has been added 
• Agent platform support for Amazon Linux 2023 (FIPS) and Microsoft Windows Server 2025 has been added 
• Security and performance enhancements
