Continuous Delivery for PE 5.12.0 & 4.38.0 now available!

We’re excited to announce the latest updates to Continuous Delivery, bringing more value to Puppet Enterprise and Puppet Enterprise Advanced customers! 

 

What’s new in version 5.12.0:

 

·         Enhanced source control integration 

Improved validation and error handling when setting up source control connections to on-premises Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise, available to all Puppet Enterprise customers. 

·         Impact Analysis enhancement 

Impact Analysis now detects changes to files in a module’s files directory, offering Puppet Enterprise Advanced customers deeper visibility into which nodes and resources may be impacted by those changes. 

 

·         Resolved a license processing issue that could cause Impact Analysis to appear locked, despite valid entitlements.

Version 4.38.0 updates:   
 

·         Impact Analysis enhancement for detection of changes to files in a module’s files directory. 

·         Resolved an issue where blank user ID profiles were unintentionally granted more rights than their group membership.
