We’re excited to announce that Continuous Delivery v5.8.0 and v4.34.0 are now available.

The v5.8.0 release contain the following improvement:
  • Removed Impact Analysis license start date. Users can enter their Impact Analysis license ahead of the official start date for the license. You can now enter the license as soon as you receive it.

The v5.8.0 release contain the following fix:
  • Fixed an issue where CD would sometimes strip a symlink when cloning a Git repo. CD no longer detects that the Continuous Delivery host doesn't support symlinks when using Git operations.

Both releases contain the following fixes:
  • Fixed an issue where editing a GitHub control repo would cause deployments/IA runs to fail with an error if the repo was part of an organization rather than belonging to an individual user.
  • Fixed an issue where renaming files in an Azure DevOps repository (control repo or module) would cause IA runs to fail.

These releases also contain security vulnerability fixes in addition to the above. Full release notes for CD v5.8.0 can be found here and release notes for CD v4.34.0 can be found here.
