Can't Calibrate or Record.

Hi,

I just got the pupil lens world camera and eye cameras. However, whenever I boot the pupil capture program I get this error: [ERROR] video_capture.uvc_backend: Init failed. Capture is started in ghost mode. No images will be supplied.

As a result, I cannot record or calibrate. I've rebooted the program as well as deleted and redownloaded the program to double check if it was just a corrupted download. Neither worked. I've also disconnected and reconnected the wires that attach to the eye camera and world camera to double check that both weren't loose. What's weird is that both eye cameras still work. Do you have any solutions?
