Running Pupil Labs without GUI

I am looking to generate output eye tracking data from videos that have been previously recorded. I know I can do it using the Apps, but I want to be able to automatically processes a folder of videos without using the GUI. Is there a way to script the running of the Pupil Labs analysis back end and generate data files?
