Hi SPMU,

RDF scheme is a tied scheme and linked with following Focus Areas:

Burials and burial grounds
Cultural activities
Education
Health and sanitation
Maintenance of community system
Promotion of cultural
Public amenities including street lighting
Roads
Roads and bridges
Rural housing
Social forestry and farm forestry
Women and child development

Both work is defined in "Fisheries" Focus Area, because of that you are not able to view RDF scheme for allocation.

            As per telephony discussion the RDF(Rural Development Fund) Scheme not shown when we click on "Allocate" option in Planning Unit then Create Action Plan. So please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
