ILS Law College is hosting its prestigious "Remembering S.P. Sathe 13th Conference" on the coming weekend February 9 and 10. The theme of the conference is on the "Taxation Laws". 

 

Mr. Arvind Datar (Senior Advocate Supreme Court) shall be delivering the S. P. Sathe Public Memorial Lecture. Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.K.Sikri, Judge - Supreme Court shall be delivering the Keynote address. The conference speakers include Hon'ble Justice Dr. Anita Sumanth, Mr. N. Venkatraman, Mr. V Lakshmikumaran, Mr. Mukesh Bhutani and more. Some of the topics include Constitution and Taxation,  Interplay of Taxation laws with IBC, GST,  technology and Blockchain,  Overlap of Anti black money, Benami and taxation Laws and more.
