Hi,

FYI

Honeypot:

Honeypots are dummy hosts which attract attackers. To avoid attacks on original hosts, Honeypots are created to mislead or misdirect the attacker.

Information which is hosted is phony and security patches are also not applied on regular basis, meaning vulnerabilities will be exposed.

Phishing Attack:

Conning some one to tell the attacker sensitive information is called Phishing.

It can happen by URL manipulation, phishing e-mail or ads or pop-up or links.

Cheers!!
