Requirement:

·        7+ years experience at least

·        Required technologies: Java server side, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, ANT, Tomcat/JBoss

·        Should have product development experience

·        Should have done performance profiling

·        Good to have:

o   Any messaging technology such as JMS/BlazeDS/REST/RabitMQ

o   Socket programming

o   AOP

o   DROOLs

o   Exposure to release management and patch process

o   Integrating with Flex or HTML5

 

JD:

·        85% Will be individual contributor writing code and doing designs

·        15% Will lead a small team of junior resources

·        Own one or more product module end to end

·        Will work on critical IP for the company – need a long term player

·        Will need to coordinate with US peers
