Tester requirement - freshers welcome

Hi,
We now have a requirement in testing. At Acism, testers are a powerful
lot as they have the power to stop a release. We are looking for
people who can be good in handling this power with responsibility and
by taking ownership.
Good communication skills and an outgoing attitude are must. Having
done a good course in testing and/or programming will be desirables.
