Hi,

Jombay is a venture funded and profitable company that has been in Human Resources technology space. Our assessment products currently help over 300 corporates in India such as the Taj Group of Hotels, HDFC Bank, Essar group, Nestle, Indigo Airlines, PayTM, Shoppers' Stop, Titan, Ferrero, Kotak, Citibank, DSP Blackrock, WNS Global, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc.

We are a lean team of 7 engineers (including myself), 2 out of which are Full Stack Ruby developers (we follow the lean approach, an asynchronous culture for code and issue tracking, incremental weekly releases, and all that). As we grow Jombay, a six year old growth stage SaaS product company in Pune, we are looking for Ruby+MongoDb developers for a full-time or freelance consulting role.
