YourNextLeap is an online recommendation engine which helps students
make smarter career decisions. Recently, we were selected amongst
India's most promising product start-ups at flagship start-up events.
Our investors include the Patni Family anchored Venture Capital firm -
Nirvana Venture Advisors.

YourNextLeap is looking for a brilliant engineer to join the core team
and scale the recommendation engine and other web features of
YourNextLeap. As part of the responsibilities, you will be a key
decision maker on building and designing a scalable framework,
architecture and hands-on code for YourNextLeap suite of products.

We are looking for people who:

- are intelligent and ambitious
- are passionate about and know how to build quality products on the
web
- can think and execute how to scale up a web infrastructure
- have atleast 2-3 years of web development experience in Ruby on
Rails
- are comfortable with Agile working, fast shipment of code and
releasing new versions fast as per feedback from market
- have experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Testing Frameworks and BDD/
TDD tools, Git etc. is a plus
- have the passion to work on real-world problem solving products, not
just assembling code for a client
- live or would like to shift to Pune
