Hornbill Watch is a fascinating citizen-science initiative to better understand Indian hornbills. This project is a partnership between the Nature Conservation Foundation (NCF) and Conservation India (CI). Hornbill Watch went live over a month ago and since then we have seen several hundred contributions. You can view them in the gallery here: http://hornbills.in/gallery.php

Users can contribute by sharing hornbill sightings with or without images. They will appear upon approval on the site's gallery. This data would help in identifying and prioritising sites for hornbill conservation across India. The website is also a resource for information on Asian hornbills and the threats they face.   

We invite you to be a part of this initiative!  Please share widely so we are able to reach as many potential contributors.
