Hi,

What is the agenda for the meeting, who will speak on what and for how long?

I attended an IAN meeting in Mumbai recently and had a very bad
experience. The meeting was supposed to start at 3 and it started at
5. It happened in IBM office and there was no place to sit. There was
no agenda. Meeting started with introduction of everyone in the room,
followed by a little gyan by the speaker. At 5:30, the speaker said
that he has other engagements and he left.
