App Engine account activation

Just wanted to know how many days it takes to get App Engine account
activation mail from google.
I signed up yesterday morning and still I am not able to upload my
application.

Hi Tushar,

Google Typically has quota for new accounts such as Java App Engine
Accounts. If they don't activate your account in couple of more days,
that means they have run out of the quota.

In that case, let me know, I could probably add you as a developer on
one of my apps (in Google App Engine), so you can still make progress
on this front.

The Java was available for first 10,000 registrations only. Looks like
they have run out of quota!! Maybe, wait a couple of days. You might
get it !!
