Looking for Senior Flex Developer with Strong Java Skills

I am looking for a senior Flex developer to join our development
efforts to build a product. The job requires the person to be an
expert in
1. Flex development (We will be migrating to Flex 4 within a month's
time)
2. UI Design - Internationalization, Resource Bundle, browser
independance, screen resolution independance etc
3. MVC Architecture - Cairngorm framework
4. OOPS concepts
5. Ability to develop the module end to end, from Flex to Java layer
6. LCDS and BlazeDS (We are migrating from BlazeDS to LCDS, so LCDS is
a must)
7. Remoting
8. Spring & Java skills
9. Knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL
10. Expertise with setting up continuous build for Flex
11. Good understanding of deployment challenges and ability to direct
the team and work with release team to setup a release process
12. Mentor other team members on Flex and related technologies
13. Excellent communication skills, as the person will have to
interface with US counterparts
14. Excellent documentation skills to present the design ideas to US
counterparts
15. Must be a good team player
