DNA article

Hi all,

There is an article in today's DNA which covered the Pune Randonneur's medal ceremony held at Lifecycle mall on Sunday. It have many facts wrong.

Some of them I have corrected below:

• It is the local cycling clubs(Pune Randonneurs, Mumbai Randonneurs, etc) who organize and manage rides. ACP just homologate/approves them. There is no ACP India body.
  

• 5 from Pune participated in France race and represented India, but nobody could complete it.

I had explicitly given the names of Rafiudeen Shaikh and Harish Ballal, the 2 new Super Randonnerus. But, it is not mentioned in the article.

I informed the editor about this.

I sincerely apologize for the incorrect information.
