Knee pain during cycling

Hey Guys,

Please help me out. Im having a recurring knee pain since 2 weeks as i cycle to work(15km one side). I have done this before but recently the pain is just going away. Can some one help me out with bike-fit or anything else.

Bike fit could be an issue. Do you know the key things to get right for a proper bike fit ?

Hi,

Use the traditional Seats with the jerk resistant or shock absorbant springs. I know the problem is with Knee. But trust me, I had this same issue and one of my friend who does the cycling regularly as a part of expedition, have advised me earlier and it relived my pain as well.
