MTB Himachal - discounts, sponsorships etc etc

Hey Guys,
have been chatting with the dudes who organize MTB Himachal ( http://www.mtbhimachal.com/mtbhimachal.htm ) to see if we can get some kind of discount.
Here is the info that I gleaned
- 74 riders have already registered (47 local and rest international)
- these guys are planning to close the number at 100 (hurry up guys)
- They want to finish the registration by 20 Aug Max.
About the discount
- students apparently can get a flat 50% off (any students here ???)
- riders under the BumsOnTheSaddle umbrella can avail a Rs 2000 off per person (i.e instead of the 12K entry fee for individuals you pay Rs 10K). But I need to make sure there are atleast 8 guys. You guys race as individuals I guess. I need to get more info on this. But will bug the race officials only if there is interest in this. Lemme know.

Any idea if we can get some sponsorships if there are interested riders for this ?
