8. Inspection:
(1) The commodity shall correspond to the inspection certificate issued by internationally
recognized inspection agency appointed by buyer but at seller’s expenses at loading port
and verified at the Port of Loading
specifications herein stated.
(2) The buyer has the right to ask SGS or other Inspection unit to inspect the goods at
unloading port if they find any default of the goods in quantity/weight and quality.
The inspection report by SGS will be final for settlement of the claim. Inspection fee
in designated port will be at Buyer’s account.
