e.a.s.t. organization notes - finally!

hi folks,

a few things:

first, everyone please make a point to advertise!  your email list, instagram, twitter, facebook, the works!  whatever you can do will help.  feel free to mention that we'll be having a raffle for a lot of laser goodies!  and folks love food and beverages; we'll have those.

for those of you who will be exhibiting at e.a.s.t. but not physically present, please plan to deliver and hang your work wednesday through friday, or make accommodations to have us do so in advance!  we'll need wall tags with your name, artwork title, medium, dimensions and price.  we'll be taking a 10% fee for processing credit cards and funding food and drinks for guests.

for those of you who will be physically present, you can collect your own payments and no fee will be collected.  please plan to contribute potluck-style to our food and beverage table each weekend.  eve and i will provide a selection of tea, coffee, sparkling water and some dried fruit, nuts and maybe a little cheese.  add whatever you wish!  wine?  pasta salad?  fruit?  whatever!  ideally something that can sit out for a large chunk of the day without getting musty.

for everyone (present or not), please leave a generous stack of business cards for us to distribute to your admirers in the front room.  we'll be updating the directory in the front room as well.  if your name is not up there, do email us the name and medium you'd like to appear on your placard.
