Hello artists,

The 2014 EAST Open Call is less than a week away! The application will go live on our website next Monday, July 21, at 10am.

Start preparing your application materials now and take advantage of the EAST Early Bird Discount! All submissions completed within the first week of the Open Call (Jul 21 - Jul 28) will secure a reduced price of only $150. After Jul 28, the tour fee will go back to the standard $175.

To help you prepare, here are a few things you should be ready to provide:

• Basic information (Category, Name, Studio Name, Address, etc.)
  
• Exhibition or Happening specifics (confirmed location, artist(s), show title, concept, etc.)
  
• Three high resolution images that accurately represent your artwork or space (300dpi, at least 5" wide)
  

We look forward to seeing the artwork, exhibitions, and projects that will make up this year's East Austin Studio Tour!
