I think it entirely depends on the student what he/she can achieve in college. We have a striving programming community and great mentors. We have arguably the best FOSS community in tricity region which is validated by the fact that we have five student developers participating in Google Summer of Code 2018. We have something for everyone whether it be AI, competitive programming, embedded systems etc.
As for the placements, as I mentioned earlier it entirely depends on how motivated you are.We may not boast a great lineup of on campus recruiters as we are a relatively new institute but our alumni work in some of the best organizations around the globe and got placed straight out of college.
Thank you for your reply, I understand that it depends on one caliber but i would love to get some statistics of the minimum average and highest packages ,and the companies visiting campus also. If you can provide a list (which I can't find on web for some reasons) ,that would be great. Thank you again for your reply.
