Sorry for the lack of communication. The team has already started working. The website is ready and will be live in a day or two. I'll ask the team members to be more active on the mailing list. Apart from that we have reached out to I.T. department's H.O.D. for funds as it is  difficult to organise an event on our own due to increase in hall booking prices and we don't want to be dependent on sponsorship as we are always uncertain about them. Also, we are trying to get some good speakers and that will require funds for their travel/accommodation. But still the team is actively trying to get some sponsor(s). 

Also I won't be handling SFD this year as I'll be busy with placements and project but I'll be there to help out the team and will keep track of the process.
