Need reference for senior devs

Hello everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well. I need your help to get some senior devs reference for the startup(Likeminds) I am working with. Please find below the details of the startup and our tech stack.

LikeMinds is a chat platform that helps communities engage deeper by enabling real-time conversations between relevant members via shared chatrooms (topic-based chat threads). Chat rooms are powered with various community-building tools like events, polls, members introductions, moderation settings, member titles, etc.  Members have a community-specific profile that enables relationship building. In short we can move this group on LikeMinds as well once we go live ;)

We are currently doing our beta with about 30 communities and plan to open up community discovery once we get some critical mass of communities. While we are preparing to open up the app for a larger audience, we are looking for senior developers for building scalable chat architecture.

• Backend - Python (Django)
• Android - Java
• iOS - Swift
• Web - Javascript (Angular)
• Local DB - Realm
• Server DB - postgres
• Scheduler - Celery
• Server - AWS
• Caching - Redis 
• Chat protocol - XMPP using Ejabberd

What we are looking for:

• Backend developers
• iOS developers
• Android developers
• Data engineers
