Hi everyone, you probably opened my email after seeing this strange number coming from UIET Chandigarh in the subject line. Haha, don’t worry this strange number is my UIET Roll Number just to grab attention!
My name is Gourav Manchanda and I graduated from UIET in 2018. I hope my email finds you hale and hearty!
To set the context of this email let me first share my story right from the college days and then take you to what I am offering.
During those good old days of college, I started RethinkUX as a software development agency which turned out to be a profitable bootstrapped business. Now I have a team of 15 people and we design, develop, and market SaaS products for our international clients mainly from the USA, France, Germany, and other European countries.
In May 2019, I shifted gears and decided to build my own software products and found the Indian Real Estate market to be very lucrative. With the help of Mr. GPS Waraich, a person with over a decade of experience in Real Estate and my business partner, I was equipped with both technology and domain expertise. This month, in October 2020, I also raised venture capital for the first time.
On the way to build a strong, trustworthy, and reliable team, I am reaching out to you, my college folks, and ask you to join our budding team
