Very Urgent Updated Needed

Dear Mc Team

Could you please let us know what has MC decided in reference to the Music Concert.

You have denied a separate show and have told us to merge it along with the Christmas event. But I need to know the time slot, how many hours will we get to perform, etc...

We were planning to hire a high end music & light system, but now that we are no longer doing our own event, what has TGCC and MC planned for the music and lighting system?

Dear Rajeshji,

Firstly, Sachin is no longer a part of TGCC (HIS WORDS). And frankly, I have no idea who is running TGCC anymore.

As for the idea of Musical Nite along with christmas, it sounds good to me. And as for heading the Christmas event (23rd Dec) (25th is a weekday), lets have a meeting and we can take it from there.

As confirmed by Mr. Rajesh Maru, we will stick on to our 2hr Music Concert. For fillers in between songs, TGCC will arrange & organise Christmas related performances.

Now that this is confirmed, we will resume our Jamming Sessions on Saturdays & Sundays. Timing and place of these sessions will be communicated as usual by mail.

Sunday is better. Since its a merger with xmas event, we will not run
out of fillers between songs, moreover since its a major event for
Gardenites, we can have better sound system or even live orchestra..!

However, I think this merger is good in a way. We don't have to work towards pulling the crowd. They will come anyway.

But Shareefji & Sunilji, I need your full co-operation and time in the jamming sessions to ensure quality. Lot needs to be looked into. Moroever, your inputs are the key.

Live Orchestra was just a proposal if the budget allows since its a
major event and not just constrained to music club.

We will ensure the quality of performance for sure. I request
participants to practice songs well and concentrate well on scale and
lyrics. We need to offer the best of our performances to the
gardenites.
