Dear Mr. Jadugar,

This is Vikas from H-1104.

As you must be aware by now, that we are conducting a Musical Event on 23rd Dec, Sunday, 6pm.

We would be glad if you agree to a 15min slot to give us a taste of your craft. It will be a pleasure to see the master at work.

A small request. I need an answer immediately because we need to print the posters & pamphlets by today. If you agree to this, I'll showcase this in the poster.
