Black border on applet

Using the CoreApplet, we see a 1-pixel black line on the right and
bottom side of our window/scene. I think it's an HTML issue rather
than a PulpCore rendering issue, but has anyone else seen this? I get
the same on Chrome and IE9 (no other browsers on this PC).
