Re-opening the group after 5 years

I've decided to open this pulp google group since:

* the alternative (github conversations) turned out to not be very friendly to non-github users.

* there's been some activity in the project that requires communication and discussion.

This is a test to see if the group still works (I'm not 100% sure how to re-enable it). If anybody sees this message, please respond to be sure it worked.

I will send the project news in another message.
