Unable to download rules directly

I’m installing a fresh install and I’m having some issues downloading the rules with PulledPork, and I’m trying to narrow down the issue.

 

I’m trying to download the rules directly from the browser URL below using my oinkcode.

 

https://www.snort.org/reg-rules/snortrules-snapshot-2953.tar.gz/<redacted>

 

I’m receiving this error in the browser:

The website declined to show this webpage

  HTTP 403

     

Most likely causes:

•This website requires you to log in.

I believe in the past I was able to download the rules tarball directly from the browser URL using my oinkcode.

I have no problem downloading the docs directly from the browser URL below using my oinkcode:
