need Civil Engineer Consultion - scan rti responses

In continuation to previous mails, here I am attaching the scanned copies of RTI responses.

 

I am in doubt whether they have given desired answers. Also possible framing of questions are not exact as per needs.

rti no. GUR/01/01 is attached for your reference.

 

3.jpg to 9.jpg - contains answers of the rti no. GUR/01

 

3.jpg - answers of all 8 asked questions.

from 4.jpg to 9.jpg - reflect analysis/details of question no. 3 (b) and 4. Materials used, labours, and a long list of quality parameters.

 

- Now with correct interpretation how we can pursue further.

- our motive is get the right ratios of bituminous contents used. with this info how we can measure quality of crumbling road.

 

rti no. GUR/01/02 is next in continuation of first. Seeking road samples.

they have given answer as per 0.jpg and 1.jpg (2.jpg is same as 1)

- they informd Sri Ram insti. of research is taking core cuttings. Now what abt us? How we can use taken samples from that inst. or how we can force huda to give proper asnswe(cutting) to us also?

 

We can start from here, and pursure the matter as we go ahead.

Let these all things handle by some under civil engg guidance. questions/comments, pls ask.
