Good Afternoon,

I have a rare opening on my awesome team for a Middle School Innovation & Technology Associate Teacher at Open Window School, a K-8 school for gifted learners in Bellevue, WA.

This position supports the Lead Innovation & Technology Teacher in teaching computer science, engineering design, digital fabrication, and maker skills to 5th-8th grade students in our fully outfitted innovation facility and fabrication lab.  There are also many opportunities to collaborate with content-area teachers on interdisciplinary CS, design thinking, and PBL projects, and to get involved with leading after-school programs like underwater robotics, Girls in Tech, and many more.

This could be a great opportunity for a recent grad (Associate's or higher) or someone considering a career-shift into CS teaching.
