The Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) will be hosting a Public Health AmeriCorps service member in partnership with the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors and the Public Health AmeriCorps program to support our Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities (BRIC) grant. The service member will work with PDPH, Parks and Recreation and Fairmount Park Conservancy to support activities related to enhancing the local food system and urban agriculture network in Philadelphia, particularly in parks and green spaces. Please share this opportunity with your networks. PHA service members must be an upper level (3rd or 4th year) undergraduate student or graduate level student enrolled at a college or university pursuing a public health degree or related degree.
