Documenting Weather Damage for possible USDA reporting

In addition to Sally McCabe's request to report weather damage, I also ask that you document and report damage. The USDA has asked us to do this. Though there is not currently any funding for cleanups or repairs, that could change and we would need to know the extent of damage to crops, fields, growing related buildings, and growing equipment.
